Description: This kit may be used for quantitative measurement of Chitinase-1 enzyme activity in any biological samples, including purified enzyme preparations. It can also be used determine inhibitors of human Chitinase-1 enzyme as well. The kit comes with all reagents, standards and controls needed for the assay, include recombinant human Chitinase-1 enzyme produced in HEK293 cells.
