Description: Mouse IgM, or Mouse Immunoglobulin M, purified protein is a basic antibody that is produced by B cells. It is by far the physically largest antibody in the human circulatory system. Anti-Mouse IgM (mu chain) antibody generated in goats detects specifically mouse IgM (mu chain). It is the first antibody to appear in response to initial exposure to antigen. It is predominantly produced in the spleen.
