We are not responsible for any bank charges.

Manual processing fee of $50.00 applies.

All our products may be purchased by one of the methods below. Services require prior approval of the project details before proceeding.

Online with credit card
Choose the product you need and add it to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout and follow instructions for providing credit card information. Our credit card processing is secure — we do not retain any of your credit card or personal information.

Phone
Call us at 636-734-0192 and provide details of the products to purchase along with credit card information. An additional $50 fee applies for phone orders.
Please include the following information in all of your orders
- Name of the person ordering
- Name of the institution (we do not sell to individuals)
- Contact phone number
- Email address
- Federal Tax ID
- Shipping address
- Accounts Payable name
- Accounts Payable phone number
- Billing address, if different from shipping
- PO number, if applicable
- Description of the product, catalogue number & quantity needed

We sell and ship directly worldwide to most countries. We also have distributors in many countries — check our distributor list.

Refunds & returns
Refunds
Refunds are provided as store credit for future purchases. Refunds may be paid by check on request.
If an order has been received and payment processed, a service fee of $45 will be deducted from the credit.
Return policy
Upon receipt, verify the contents for accuracy of materials, leaks, breakage, or other shipping problems and report to us within 48 hours.
Any discrepancy should be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Free replacement requires pictures of the product and problems identified.
We will provide free replacement case by case. An additional shipping charge is required for replacement items.
Terms & conditions
- Manual credit card transaction fee of $50.00 applies for phone or email orders.
- Clients are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or wire fees charged by their bank.
- Payment is required in advance before shipping the product.
- We are not responsible for any delays due to weather or other natural disasters.
- ELISA kits are assembled on confirmed orders; shipping time is 10–14 days.
- Any shipment return fee will be added to the next order.
- We ship to research laboratories, universities, and businesses only. We do not ship to residential addresses.
- All our products are intended for research and development use only, not for personal or home use.
