We accept payments by the following methods:
1. Credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, American Expresses. Manual credit card transactions fee $25.00.
2. Checks in USD, Business or company only no personal checks
3. Bank wire or ACH transfer, we are not responsible for any bank charges.

We sell directly worldwide to most countries. We also have distributors in many countries (check our distributor list).

Refund:
All refunds will be paid by check payments. If order has been received and the payment is processed, then a service fee $45 will be deducted off the credit.
Return Policy:
Upon receipt verify the contents for accuracy of materials, leaks, breakage, or other shipping problems and report to us within 48 hours. Any discrepancy should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
All our products may be purchased by one of the 4 methods listed below.
Services requires prior approval of the project details before proceeding.
Product Ordering Methods
1. Online with credit card: choose the product you need and add to shopping cart. Proceed to check out and follow instructions for providing credit card information. Our credit card processing is secure. We also do not retain any of your credit card or personal information.
2. By phone: Call us at 636-734-0192 and provide details or products to purchase and credit card information. $25 processing fee.
3. By email: email to info@AntibodyResearch.com.
4. Discount price requires ACH payment. An additional charge applies to credit card payment.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All Dry Ice packages will be shipped by standard overnight.
