Description: Immunoglobulin is a glycoprotein, with two heavy chain and two light chains connected by disulfide bonds. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a major class of immunoglobulin. Goat IgG has two subclasses- IgG1 and IgG2. Rabbit anti-Goat IgG is then conjugated to peroxidase by protein cross linking. It mainly helps in immune defense. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) participates in hypersensitivity type II and type III reaction.
