Product: Anti Alpaca IgG1 Polyclonal Antibody
Catalog No.: 111070
Description: In Camelids, IgG1 is the conventional antibody having four-chain structure. IgG1 isotype was detected in splenic marginal zone B cells. The presence of these isotopes within marginal zones of alpaca spleens implicates its role in defense against blood-borne and T-cell-independent antigens in these animals. Diseased animals, infected with Parelaphostrongylus tenuis, did not produce antigen-specific HCAbs; rather, they produced the conventional isotype, IgG1, exclusively.
