Description: Gangliosides are complex glycolipids composed of a ceramide linked to a glycan with at least one sialic acid. Anti-ganglioside asialo GM2 is very useful in the identification of ganglioside asialo GM2 and in immuno targeting cells expressing asialo GM2. Several gangliosides have been found to have an elevated expression in tumor cells.
