Description: The product detects mouse lambda light chain cell surface immunoglobulins. It does not cross-react with the mouse kappa light chain. Secondary antibodies to lambda light chains are particularly valuable for the detection, quantification, isotyping and purification of mouse immunoglobulins expressing light chains. Antibody to the Lambda Light Chain is reportedly useful in the identification of Leukemias, Plasmacytomas, and certain Non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Demonstration of clonality in lymphoid infiltrates indicates that the infiltrate is malignant.
