Description: Pertactin is the virulence factor protein present in the out membrane by the gram-negative bacterium Bordetella pertussis which causes pertussis or whooping cough. Our monoclonal antibody against Pertactin is produced against a fragment of the protein, exact binding site is not identified. Antibody from this mouse hybridoma clone [ARC91] is produced in serum free media in bioreactor.
