Description: ARC G418 1000x solution is a cell culture ready antibiotic solution to be used for selection of transfected HEK 293 and CHO cells with the Neo gene. Dose to use for other cell line need to be tested individually.
Concentration: 500mg/mL
Format: Provided as a sterile filtered 1000x solution in water.
Uses: Recommended ready to use for HEK 293 and CHO cell cultures at 1:1000 dilution. Change media every 2-3 days.
Stability: 12 months at –20˚C or lower temperature. May be kept at 4˚C – 8˚C refrigerator for up to 30 days. Once thawed prepare aliquot and store as appropriate. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.
