Description: IgG is a monomeric immunoglobulin, with two heavy chains and two light chains. IgG can be found in blood and is the most abundant immunoglobulin, constituting 75% of serum immunoglobulins in humans. Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins and are useful in the detection, sorting or purification of its specified target. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility enabling users to use many detections systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence). Commonly used, FITC conjugates provide relatively high absorptivity, excellent fluorescence quantum yield, and good water solubility.
