Description: ARC Puromycin 1000x solution is a cell culture ready antibiotic solution to be used for selection of transfected HEK 293 and CHO cells. Dose to use for other cell lines need to be tested individually.
Concentration: 5mg/mL
Format: Provided as a sterile filtered 1000x solution in water, pH 7.2.
Uses: Recommended ready to use for HEK 293 and CHO cell cultures at 1:1000 dilution. Change media every 2-3 days.
Stability: 12 months at –20˚C or lower temperature. May be kept in a 4˚C– 8˚C refrigerator for up to 30 days. Once thawed, prepare aliquot and store as appropriate. Avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles.
