Description: TMB Peroxidase ELISA Substrate is a stabilized one component substrate that can detect horseradish peroxidase enzyme activity at high sensitivity. Our product also stable with long shelf life, 4 years.
Format: Provided as a ready to use one component reagent solutions in amber bottle. It is colorless and appear clear.
Chemical Hazard: This product does not contain any caustic strong acids and other wise safe to use. Do not contain DMSO or DMF.
Uses: Recommended for use with ELISA in any format, or Similar applications.
Method of Use: Add 100 uL of this substrate reagent directly to each washed and drained wells of micro plate using a multichannel pipettor. Incubate for 5 to 10 minutes, not more than 10 minutes. Read the plate at 620nM using a microplate reader. Or stop the reaction by adding equal volume of a stop reagent (Item 561002) and read the plate immediately at 450nM using a microplate reader. Reagent removed from the bottle should not be poured back to avoid contamination.
Storage: Recommended to store at 2°C to 8°C in dark in a refrigerator.
Shelf Life: This product has a shelf life of 48 months (4 years) when stored in the dark at 2°C to 8°C as recommended.
