Description: Horse or Equine sera is used as a non-specific blocker for many immunological applications such as in ELISA, Western blot, Immuno-Histo Chemistry, etc. Our horse sera is collected from healthy horse processed aseptically. This product is designed for use with IHC, ELISA, Western Blots or similar applications. This product is shown to greatly reduce or eliminate background reactions, resulting in super clean background. This product is provided as an undiluted neat serum. May be required to be diluted in appropriate diluent before use.

Uses: Recommended for use as a blocker in Immuno-histochemistry (IHC), and immune fluorescence (IF), ELISA and Wester Blots. Formalin Fixed. Paraffin Embedded Section, Frozen tissue and cell culture preparations.
Storage: Store the product in refrigerator 4°C for short term use within a month. For long term storage may be made into aliquots and store at -20°C.
Stability: Stable for over 60 months is used and stored as recommended.
